Special Athlete Booster Projects
The Boosters put on three fundraisers throughout the year. Their first fundraiser is the Coast Cadillac Laurel Oak Golf Tournament which is held in March of every year. The second fundraiser is the Venice Sharks Tooth Festival (www.sharkstoothfest.com) that is usually held the second weekend in April. This is a wonderful family festival and a major fundraiser for Special Olympic Sarasota County. Their third fundraiser is a 5K Run that is held at South Lido Beach and runs to St. Armands Circle. This is held in November. For information regarding being a sponsor of any of these fundraisers please contact 941-412-0402 or email SOSarasota@verizon.net.
